If you want to change your blogger template with blogger templates from a third party, you must have a software to extract files. Why? because mostly templates from a third party that are stored in a 'zip' file. For users of Windows, you can use Winzip. But if you do not have WinZip you must install it first. Winzip can be downloaded here (not free). Also you can use other software with similar functions such as 7-zip or ZipItFree for example. You can download 7-Zip (free) here. I use ZipItFree and you may download it (free) in here. How to install it very easily. After you have finished downloading zipitfree, you looking for a file with extension '. exe' (for example; zipitfree.exe) and double-click. Then follow the installation process.
