Simple Steps to Make a Contact Form

Let's create a form Contact / Contact Us / Contact Me.

There are many service providers contact form. One that I use is Email Me Form.(Free!)

These steps may be slightly different in practice. It's because I'm not allowed to create a new account with same email address wich I have been using in the "email me form".

Generally follow these steps:

1. Sign up (click here!)

2. Fill in the data completely, then click Sign Up.

3. Just follow the notification process further. Click on the link provided to go to your email account at Gmail. Open your inbox in Gmail to see incoming notification messages from email me form. Next click the link that was sent for return to email me form. Verification / notification has been completed.

4. Click on Templates

5. Click on Contact Form

6. Click on Customize

Give the necessary amendment. For example, click on "Email" in the right box. Then add a sentence " (not to shared)" on the left box.

7. Click on Save Form

8. A. For you who already have the Contacts application on Navbar Menu by using Gmail, you simply replace the url of your gmail contacts with your new url. Click on no. 3.

B. For those of you who first made contact forms, please put in the sidebar only. It will be more visible and attract attention.

Before making contact forms, first prepare an image or logo. For you who not already have you can choose and download (click!) Here!. (I usually save on desktop so easy to find it).

By the way, Click on Design. After reaching the Page Elements page, click on Add a Gadget.

Select add Picture.

Title= Contact Me
Caption= Click on image please!
Link= paste your url Email Me Form.
Browse= Upload an image or logo that you have saved previously.

Then click on Save

After there is information "page element added view blog", click on view blog.

9. Don't forget to close window of "Email Me Form" (no need to log out).
