Koi & Lotus

Here is a documentation in making a bag embroidered with koi fish as an object of embroidery painting. Hope it's could inspire you all.

I combine white canvas embroidered with green color denim.

And this is making for the inner layer. There is a small bag with a zipper as lid.

I chose twisted rope as a rope bag.

It's finished!.

Daisy is My Inspiration (finished job)

This is a continuation of my article two weeks ago, about the daisy is my inspiration. I combine my white canvas embroidered with a dark green canvas.

Previously, I prepared the inner layer on first. I use a white croton cloth.

Combination with thick green canvas in the back and front part.

I also added a label with the kanji which means harmony. The label is also from embroidered green canvas.

Finally, a bag with a beautiful Japanese style was finished.

The Blue Roses

Roses identical to expression of feelings of love. Red, pink, or white roses are favored by many women. At this time, I want to make my imagination about rose . Blue rose!. I do not know whether there are blue roses in nature.

When finished embroidering the canvas, I combine with woven from coconut leaf stems ('Lidi' in Indonesian) at the bottom and back of the bag.

Update

When we test the quality of materials, the woven that we use broken when washed. At last, we change it with Songket woven.

Birdhouse

Habits of Europeans and Americans who provide birdhouses for wild birds have inspired me. Nice to see wild birds that stop by at birdhouse in our yard.
